Stumble!
I just discovered this firefox extension called Stumble Upon! that has led to much time being wasted. When you first install this extension you are asked to select a few interests. A ‘Stumble’ toolbar appears on firefox and every time you click on the Stumble button, you are taken to some random page (based on your interests). You can then approve or disapprove of the page and this clickstream history is used to further fine-tune the pages displayed to you (and others who share your likes/dislikes). It’s pretty addictive (if you have time to kill). Here are a few sites that I came across that were interesting:
Unique Date-time Clock
Innovative Flicker tag search
Really creative music (a la Stomp)
Google Zeitgeist (Search trends by Google)
What an LSD trip must feel like.
That’s all folks! (I better hit the sack before my brain turns to mush)
